Flora Bouquets’ owner, Angela Colmenares, started arranging flowers when she was in her 20s, teaching herself the new hobby. The floral arrangements she created were much different than the flowers found at traditional flower shops in Green Bay, Wisconsin. After selling her bouquets exclusively through social media in 2022 and 2023, Angela opened the Flora Bouquets flower shop in Green Bay in 2024.

Because of her Mexican heritage, Angela integrates Latino cultural traditions into her flower shop.
